Monel forged fittings are manufactured from high-performance nickel-copper alloys that provide outstanding resistance to seawater, chloride environments, hydrofluoric acid, sulphuric acid, alkalis and numerous corrosive chemicals. These fittings are widely used in offshore platforms, marine engineering, desalination plants, chemical processing units, power generation and oil & gas industries where stainless steel may not provide sufficient corrosion resistance.
Our Monel 400 forged fittings offer exceptional corrosion resistance with excellent mechanical strength, while Monel K500 forged fittings provide significantly higher tensile strength and hardness through precipitation hardening. Both grades comply with ASTM B564 and ASME B16.11 standards for high-pressure threaded and socket weld piping systems.
